Certification Planner tries in best in our capacity to run all our training workshops. 1. Reschedule the training for future available dates.
2. Switch to other available training models with a balance refund

Use of Credit voucher
- * The credit voucher will be valid for one year, and the participant can use the credit voucher to enroll in future training.
- * The credit voucher can be used for any course having the same value as the credit voucher.
- * The credit voucher can be used to select multiple courses/training models, given the total cost does not exceed the value of the Credit Voucher.
- * The credit voucher can be used only once.
- * If the participant uses the credit voucher for future in-person or training, he or she will have current from the existing training dates.
- * The Credit Voucher can be transferred to another participant.
- * The participant will have to give a one-week notice before the use of the credit voucher in case of in-person and live online training
Mandatory Safety Measures in Classroom
Safety measures mandate the use of safety masks by participants and instructors, at all times, within the training premise and during the training. In the interest of public safety, violation of safety measures will directly lead to expulsion from the said training. If a participant exhibits any sythey COVID-19, he or she should report the same to the training center, the support team, and the local authorities.
CP will provide necessary guidance to all the delegates and support the training center in conducting the training in a safe and healthy environment. However, participants are responsible for attending the in-person classroom training. The training provider, the training center, the instructor, or other participants will not be held accountable for the exposure to or infection by the Coronavirus.

COVID-19 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy are applicable until December 31st, 2024, and Participants agree to our terms and conditions while signing up with Certification Planner, LLC.
